1. Docu2.me Installation
To start using Docu2.me in your Salesforce organization, you need to install the package through a specific process. Follow the steps below for a successful installation:
1.1. Salesforce Organization Access
Access your organization through:
- Standard URL: https://login.salesforce.com/
- Or your custom login URL

1.2. Package Installation
With the organization accessed, use the Docu2.me installation URL: https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04tHp000001RaEQIA0

Note: For organizations with custom URLs, replace “login.salesforce.com” with your custom domain.

1.3. Installation Setup
On the installation screen, you will find the following options:
- Install for admins only
- Install for all users
- Install for specific profiles
Recommendation:
For a complete implementation, select “Install for all users”. This option allows:
- Complete integration of components in your organization
- Subsequent management of specific permissions
- Flexibility in access configuration
Important:
During installation:
- You will need to accept the terms of use
- You will be notified that this is a third-party application not authorized by the Salesforce AppExchange Partner Program
- You will receive a confirmation email upon completion
- The installation will be listed in Setup > Installed Packages
2. Permissions Configuration
2.1. Permission Set Access
Navigate to:
- Setup > Administration > Users > Permission Sets
- Or use Quick Find by typing “Permission Sets”
2.2. Docu2.me Permission Set Configuration
- Locate “docu2.me User Permission” in the Permission Sets list
- Click on the label to access settings
- Select “Manage Assignments” to define users who will have access to Docu2.me
2.3. Permission Assignment
To assign permissions to users:
- On the Manage Assignments screen, select the desired users
- Click “Add Assignments” to grant access
- Confirm the assignments
Note: You can modify these assignments at any time, adding or removing users as needed.
This configuration ensures that only authorized users have access to Docu2.me functionalities, maintaining the security and access control of your organization.
