1. Through the Application

The most direct way to send feedback is by using the integrated function in Docu2.me:

  • Open the Docu2.me application in your Salesforce organization.
  • In the main menu, click on “Help”.
  • Select the “Send Feedback” option.
  • A feedback window will open, where you can:
  • Choose a category for your feedback (e.g., Suggestion, Issue, Praise)
  • Describe your experience or idea in detail
  • Attach screenshots if necessary
  • Provide your email for follow-up (optional)
  • Click “Submit” when you’re done.

2. Online Support Portal

You can also submit feedback through our support portal:

  • Visit https://support.docu2.me
  • Log in with your Docu2.me account
  • Click on the “New Feedback” or “New Request” button
  • Fill out the form with your feedback details
  • Submit the form

3. Feedback Email

For a more traditional method, you can send your feedback directly via email:

Include in the email body:

  • Your name and organization
