Paragraph styles

This section of the toolbar, in the form of a dropdown list (picklist), allows you to apply different paragraph styles to the selected text, organizing it into hierarchical levels and facilitating the reading and structuring of the document.¹²

1 – Normal Text

Defines the default style of the document, without specific heading formatting.

2 – Heading 1

Used for the main title of the document, with maximum emphasis.

3 – Heading 2

Used for main subtitles, with less emphasis than Heading 1.

4 – Heading 3

Used for secondary subtitles, with less emphasis than Heading 2.

5 – Heading 4

Used for third-level subtitles, with even less emphasis.

6 – Heading 5

Used for fourth-level subtitles.

7 – Heading 6

Used for fifth-level subtitles, with the least emphasis among headings.
