docu2.me is an application that generates and edits documents inside your own Salesforce instance. By default, your record data and the generated documents stay in your org and are not transferred to Soublox.

2. Data we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as name, email, phone and payment details when you create an account, book a demo or get in touch.

We also automatically collect website usage data, including IP address, browser type, pages visited and interactions. When you use docu2.me, document processing happens inside your Salesforce, according to the permissions and governance configured in your org.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to: (a) provide, maintain and improve our services; (b) process payments and manage your account; (c) send service-related communications, including updates, security alerts and technical support; (d) comply with legal and regulatory obligations; (e) prevent fraud and platform abuse.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with: (a) infrastructure and payment-processing providers necessary to operate the service; (b) legal authorities when required by law; (c) Salesforce, to the extent necessary to install and run the application in your org.

5. Storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We maintain technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Retention follows the purpose of processing and applicable legal obligations.

6. Your rights (LGPD)

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018), you have the right to: confirm the existence of processing, access your data, correct incomplete or inaccurate data, request portability, delete unnecessary data and withdraw consent.
